Windows11 style padding for QComboBox

      The text padding for QComboBox is inconsistent. Setting the combobox editable changes the text padding from non-editable combobox. Also sometimes the text is cut. Should the text also be aligned with the popup text?
      The issue can be reproduced with the Widgets Gallery example. Setting the Style and Color Scheme comboboxes editable show the issue.
