WheelHandler documentation examples are written for tap handler

The documentation of WheelHandler shows a lot of examples which contain tap handlers.

This should be changed to be more specific to Mouse Handler; an example on how to scroll a non-interactive flickable with the Wheel Handler would be nice, too.
