When seek back in a video after playback it will cause the video to incorrectly play

When seeking back in a video after playback it will cause the video to incorrectly play. To reproduce this, do the following:

-Make sure at least one mp4 file available on /home/root/Files (MEDIA_DIR macro in file_manager_consts_h)
-Deploy the application on Raspberry Pi 4
-Play the video
-When it is finished, seek back to some point earlier in the video
-Play the video again and observe how it plays back

This happened occasionally in 6.5.3, but reproduces consistently from 6.5.5.
