Windeployqt spits out the following:

Skipping plugin qopensslbackend.dll. Use -force_openssl or specify -openssl-root if you want to use it.

There is no top-level option to do this.  I assume windeployqt is executing a subtool that is issuing this message.  Specifying those options to windeployqt breaks the build.
