tst_QPromise incorrectly disabled tests

    Description

      Somewhere between qtbase/4a5f3c8b930d319ce2ecc802a0868164f18034db and qtbase/ac6a9f9bfae88e21b3e589cc25e4632a69f67a50, many tests that should only be disabled when cxx11_future wasn't available where permanently disabled, because QT_CONFIG(cxx11_future) appears to be never true (at least not on Linux).

      As a consequence, we lost all CI coverage of the respective functions. I only found this by chance because I added QSKIPs.
