Sample program hellovulkanwidget crashes on Fedora40 / Gnome Desktop

      I compiled and ran the hellovulkanwidget example and it seg faults when hitting the grab button.
      I compiled debug and ran using valgrind and it produces several errors.
      I compiled the program using the CMake makefile provided in the source directory.
      I'm attaching the output from valgrind.
