Qt Widgets Designer: Get focus everytime a new file sent in both the client and server mode

In the Qt vscode extension, we run designer with the client mode and send ui files. In the first file, it works well because we send the first file just after running designer. So designer gets the focus but when other files are sent, designer don't get the focus and it looks like it is not working. It would be good that designer gets focus every time a file is sent
