Vertically resizing a dialog taller than the screen causes it to disappear

A QDialog which its height is larger than the screen, when trying to resize it vertically by dragging its top frame downwards or upwards, the dialog will rapidly move downwards and disappear below the screen.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the attach reproducer
2. Press "Resize ok" button
3. Attempt to vertically resize the opened dialog by its top frame.
   Observed behavior: Dialogs behaves as expected.
4. Close the dialog
5. Press "Resize error" button.]
6. Attempt to vertically resize the opened dialog by its top frame.
   Observed behavior: Dialogs moves rapidly downwards and disappears below the screen.
