Windows: The signals 'aboutToBlock' and 'awake' are not emitted pairwise

      Windows: The signals QAbstractEventDispatcher::aboutToBlock and QAbstractEventDispatcher::awake are not emitted pairwise. During dragging the signal 'aboutToBlock' is not emitted at all. Works well with Linux. The bug is reproducible with the attached 'draggabletext.zip'. See also the attached listings 'draggabletext_windows.txt' and 'draggabletext_linux.txt'.
