Description
The current CMake minimum of 3.16 actually fails to works with Qt for Android, the issue is documented under QTBUG-130760. So going forward it makes sense to raise the minimum to 3.19 (or higher like 3.21 even as discussed under https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/596169/2/cmake/QtPlatformAndroid.cmake#238).
