    Description

      The Unicode Consortium has now published v46 of CLDR so it's time for us to upgrade QLocale's and QTimeZone's data for those.
      The instructions for how to do that in qtbase/util/locale_database/README – if they (or any script doc-strings they reference) are not good enough, we should improve them.
