Emojis are not displaing when using NotoColorEmoji_WindowsCompatible.ttf

    Description

      I use NotoColorEmoji_WindowsCompatible.ttf downloaded from googlefonts repo.
      Most emojis didn't display on Windows. But on MacOS NotoColorEmoji.ttf displays correctly.
