Page ranges in QPrintDialog

    Description

      We need a way to type page-ranges (like 1, 5-9, 23) in the print dialog in such a way that the resulting page-stack or pdf document will only have the specified pages.

      An idea is to keep the QPrinter min/max page (1, 23 in this case) and let it ignore all printed pages in between.
