Small Caps makes lower case extremely small (almost invisible)

    Description

      When I draw a QTextDocument onto a QPainter which is painting onto a pdf with small caps twice, the second (and also subsequent) time it draws the Small Caps incorrectly, with the small caps extremely small (almost invisible it's so small).

      I've created a minimal example which I'm attaching which shows the problem.
