~~QTBUG-130478~~ reveals that QMediaFormat::isSupported only returns true with a small subset of combinations and may return false even if Qt Multimedia with the FFmpeg media backend is able to encode and decode the file.

Investigate the logic QMediaFormat::isSupported, and attemt to improve the logic.
