Remove unnecessary flags when Emscripten fixes Embind for pthreads

    Description

      Currently we need to manually add flags like `main,_embind_initialize_bindings` when using multithreading in WebAssembly becasue of bug in LLVM.
      Remove these flags when the compiler toolchain is fixed upstream.
