qtconnectivity recipe has unnecessary qtdeclarative dependency

Using qtconnectivity package pulls in qtdeclarative to the image, which in turn pulls in a lot of graphics packages, blowing up the image size for no good reason. Simply removing the dependencies makes the build pass, and eliminates unnecessary packages from the image.
