allow multiple-pages-per sheet printing

It would be great to have various features for scaling and re-layouting a printed page before we actually print it on the actual printer (or file).

One of those is the ability to down scale each page so, for example, 4 pages fit next to each other on one page.
There are various standard stacking ways as a standard of which the above example is only one.
