Reorganize the components in the component selection page

Componets in the component selection page should be organized according to the attached image. More information from Heikki P.

This reordering requirement is complicated by the need to support old installers (e.g. 4.6 used in old Ubuntu releases by Qt 5.15-using customers). 

The reorganization of components on the page results in somewhat chaotic order (with empty directories whose contents are displayed elsewhere in the hierarchy). This is a cosmetic and inconvenience issue; all the components are present, just awkwardly located on screen. 

Old installers do not provide means to force their update, so even with an updated version of the installer that does not get confused by the renamings, a significant amount of the users would not be aware of the improvement available through the update. 

Tree model changes in the interpreting script cannot be performed as the renaming has been done already before the script is executed. 

In order to understand the magnitude of the issue, statistics of the use of the individual versions are required.
