Automatic regression testing of the QPainter & al. 2D painting system

Goal
In order to guard against regressions, implement a system for automatic testing of the graphics produced by the QPainter/QPaintEngine graphics stack, i.e. the Arthur module.

• The system should be integrated with the Qt autotest system, so it will be run as part of the existing Pulse and CI systems.
• The primary goal is regression testing of the raster engine. The GL and OpenVG engines are second priority. Other engines are of less priority. In particular, the system should not target the print engines.

Architecture
Utilize the lance testing tool code and its collection of painting test scripts to excersize the paint engine. Compare output to baselines stored on a network server.
