Memory leak in QNSViewMenuHelper

Build `standarddialogs` example shipped with Qt. Launch the Instruments app on MacOS and attach to the launched standard dialogs application, and press record.

Open a few dialogs and close them, click on the option "Do not use native dialog" and repopen a dialog. Instruments should record a leak, deep in the platform plugin hierarchy.
