[gstreamer] media player looses playback rate after playback ends

    Description

      • run player
      • select video
      • set playback rate
      • play until the end or "stop" after a few seconds

      expected behaviour:
      "play" should use the same playback rate as before

      actual behaviour:
      "play" starts playback at playback rate of 1.0

      simply trying to reset the playback rate (gst_play_set_rate) does not work: depending where it is done, it can cause audio pops / pipeline seeks to the last playback position
