      Linux is actively moving away from supporting RNDIS which QDB is using by default to support Windows hosts (https://www.phoronix.com/news/Linux-Disabling-RNDIS-Attempt).

      Windows 11 now supports NCM protocol by default and recommends it instead of RNDIS. For Windows 10, the drivers would need to be built and shipped separately. (https://github.com/microsoft/NCM-Driver-for-Windows)

      QDB should be updated to use NCM protocol always.
