Statically linking autotests doesn't find all the needed modules and plugins

    Description

      When linking the autotests statically in Qt Declarative, all of the modules or plugins are not found resulting in failures while testing. These same issues don't happen when dynamically linking autotests.

      Logs attached from static build and dynamic build from VxWorks QtDeclarative autotests.
