Move SystemTrayIcon out of Qt.labs.platform

    Description

      SystemTrayIcon is the only remaining class in Qt.labs.platform that prevents us from deprecating Qt Labs. We should try to move it over to the (presumably) Controls module. Now that we also have proper support for native/toplevel menus, there might be some opportunities to make some improvements (code hygiene or features) as well.
