FileDialog: "arrow up" background overlaps with base component

running qmlvideoexample from qtmultimedia on kde plasma 6 with a "breeze dark" color scheme has a small glitch in the "arrow up" background rendering when hovering over the component.

the path component background looks properly aligned
the "arrow up" background (a) exceeds the navigation bar by two-ish pixels and (b) i wonder if the left alignment is as intended, the one white top/left pixel looks a bit odd.

not sure if it's relevant, but i'm running kwin_wayland with a 150% window scaling on ubuntu 24.10
