Android multi-ABI build stopped working

      In my project I use "set(QT_ANDROID_BUILD_ALL_ABIS YES)" to build multiple ABIs for Android. It worked in 6.8.0 but stopped working in 6.8.1. ABI build directories are made but are empty. And cmake complains about missing libraries.

      Easy to reproduce by creating default project in Qt Creator targeting Android and adding the line in question to CMakeLists.txt.
