qt_add_qml_module can't use TARGET dependencies for Qt modules (in user projects)

Details

    Description

      The reason being that we need a  working qt_query_qml_module call for it, which we currently don't have for imported targets. And outside of a Qt build, each QML module will end up as such an imported target
