Define build process and build tools for V8

      • Define how we manage the V8 version. Should we "pin" a certain version in the V8 SVN that everybody uses for QA and benchmarking (and that would eventually be released)? Or do we need a release branch for our V8 snapshot, to accommodate for any cherry picking from the V8 trunk for bug fixing
      • Define the build tools for V8. Do we need to maintain a .pro file or should we use SCons. we need to find out if SCons for Symbian can build V8
