Multimedia Module: Component and mp4 Display Issues

      The components in the Multimedia module are not functioning properly. When the Multimedia module is activated, components other than video cannot be dragged and dropped. Although video can be dragged and dropped successfully, when an mp4 file is loaded as the source, it is not being displayed. Kindly investigate and address this issue.
