qt_attribution.json: Allow version placeholders in CPE, PURL entries

    Description

      PURL, CPE entries in qt_attribution.json files also need to contain a version identifier. This should be almost always the same as the version in "Version" entry, but copy/paste errors can happen, see e.g. https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/609805/3/src/3rdparty/sqlite/qt_attribution.json

      Should we allow a placeholder in this case?
