Description
If there are interactive controls in the interface, if resize handles overlap with them, it is no longer possible to interact with the interface controls. According to my experiment, that is the case with the new `Qt::ExpandedClientAreaHint` option.
It should be technically possible to resize outside the window, because that is how Firefox and Thunderbird behave.
