Consider extracting examples out of the repositories.

Most people do not want or use them. They are a massive overhead, during cloning, during build, at every point. They are separate applications that have nothing to do with people who already know and just want to use Qt.

VTK eventually split its examples into a separate repository, we should consider the same. At least consider submoduling/subtreeing them.
