Create/ update explicit info on which modules, etc. are supported within ESM

When ESM is sold it will list docs as the location where all of the details relating to what is included (i.e. modules). In addition to creating explicate information about the supported platforms and CI systems we also need to include information around the exclusion of 3rd party software and any modules which are not part of the LTS/ESM offering (i.e. QWE)
