Apps built with 6.8+ CTD on my Win10 22H2

    Description

      What summary says, apps just quit instantly, i have attached a log file from rpcs3. Earlier build with 6.7.3 functions normally.

      I ran sfc /scannow, reinstalled both vcredist2015+ packages, changed my locale to en-US but nothing helped.

      My Windows is a vanilla installation from official media last year and kept up to date since. Only app i used was  Win11Debloat  to remove telemetry and annoying bloatware.
