QLocale::system() returns same QLocale after OS language change

    Description

      When changing the OS language while a Qt application is running, QLocale::system() will always return the Locale used when starting the application instead of the newly chosen one.

      Both, macOS and iOS are not able to change the OS language without restarting the device and thus are not affected.
