      As Qt for Android developer

      What

      I want to add Android 16 to CI. At first as insignificant i.e. meaning that fails are not blocking but they are reported

      Why

      To get an idea how much fails we have (if any) and how big of a work we need to do before turning it as significant

      When

      On dev/Qt 6.10, but back port i.e. pick to 6.8.X patch release as well
