qmlls: add --version command

    Description

      Add a --version command to qmlls.
      It should print "qmlls shipped with Qt 6.8.1" or "standalone qmlls 0.2", depending on how it was built.

      This is needed so qmlls clients can make sure they downloaded the correct version.
