QtGrpcClientUnaryCallTest::callIsValid is too flaky

    Description

      QtGrpcClientUnaryCallTest::callIsValid failed eight times while integrating Android 15 to CI on 6.9. The bot explains it to be "The failure is not related to the change. The test QtGrpcClientUnaryCallTest::callIsValid is known to be flaky, and the change is specific to Android platform configurations, while the failure occurred on an OpenSUSE platform."

      It failed on:

      • rhel-8.10 *2
      • opensuse-15.6-developer-build
      • ubuntu-22.04-x11-tests * 3
      • rhel-9.4
      • opensuse-15.6-developer-build

      ..and will likely fail few times more before commit gets integrated. This re-integrating such a non-relevant failure for a patch is waste of time
