REG: Drag and Drop doesn't work on macOS

Found from RTA testing:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Designer

2. Create a new form

3. Try to drag a widget into the form

Expected: Widget is dragged successfully into the form

Actual: Widget can't be clicked, selected, or dragged.

Drag and drop doesn't work also in examples such as draggabletext and draganddroprobot.

Update: DnD works on fine with latest dev.
