qsslsocket is missing a function to load server's chain of certificates

      openssl clearly supports server loading chains with intermediate certificates,
      qt only supports having a ca directly sign a certificate.
      some clients compensate for this inability, but some don't, (ie6, msxml...)
      please provide a way to load a certificate chain when acting as a server.
