CBDT fonts not detected as color on macOS with Freetype engine

      The Freetype engine can support CBDT fonts, but on macOS we are not using Freetype to determine the color font status of a font. Instead we are asking CoreText for this information. Since CoreText does not recognize the format, it is registered as a monochrome font and will not get picked up for emojis.
