      Technical information

Devkit is called RB3 Gen2, it uses 6490 SoC.

Boot2Qt to be used initially with Yocto Kirkstone only but moving to a QBSP with Qualcomm Linux distro using receipts created in GUIDe project. Decond step can be testing Debian commercial packages as Qualcomm also supports Ubuntu as an OS running on the board. For Windows regular Qt WoA package could be used, it should run without modification. First step is to have a Boot2Qt-based demos for EW2025.

This board is a good candidate for a QBSP using Qualcomm's Linux distro instead of Boot to Qt as their software updates have tended to break our implementation. Using their distro should make things easier. This is a topic for partner discussions.
