Respect CMAKE_INSTALL_INCLUDEDIR

    Description

      When I build Qt with CMake I have to use INSTALL_INCLUDEDIR to set a custom include dir. CMakes standardized CMAKE_INSTALL_INCLUDEDIR is ignored. Please default INSTALL_INCLUDEDIR to CMAKE_INSTALL_INCLUDEDIR.

      I think its the same for the other related cache variables.
