    Description

      1. Determine with which release native backends should be flagged as deprecated
      2. Document native multimedia backends as deprecated
      3. Emit warning when using deprecated backends once deprecation is in effect.

      Windows, Android, and macOS backends are documented as deprecated
      Document process for replacing FFmpeg on Android and iOS in applications from app store
      Document how to reduce file size of FFmpeg binaries
      Document how to build FFmpeg for Android and iOS on Windows, macOS
