Implement a performance and stability measurement for eLinux

This ticket covers the work item of implementing performance and stability measurements for eLinux. The existing work for eBPF is to be reused, providing measurement data form Linux kernel level (integrated into Boot to Qt), testing tools that can utilise the data for easier presentation.
