Visual aliasing glitches when using scale other than 100% in Windows

      When the Windows scaling feature is used and other than 100% is selected

      The rendered window of the application starts showing various glitches like missing or redundant lines.

      These glitches change erratically when resizing the window.

      Seems like an improper re-scaling formula that makes rounding errors when rendering.

      The issue did not exist in Qt 5.15, it emerged after migrating to Qt 6.
