Add a CMake target to copy templates to project

If someone is developing without using Qt Creator and need custom Android templates in their project, they would need to manually copy those. We might benefit from having a CMake target that does that, although it sounds a bit odd and maybe not worth it, because such templates need to be added to the project sources and not build, and then CMakeLists.txt be modified.
