QAudioSource::stop stuck on MacOS

    Description

      Description:
      QAudioSource::stop stuck on MacOS if the microphone used for recording is disconnected during the recording and it was the only microphone in the system. See attached example.zip .

      Steps:
      1. Connect an external microphone to the machine
      2. Run the example application (see readme with instructions inside the zip)
      3. Wait until it asks to disconnect the microphone
      4. Disconnect the microphone. So that there are no microphones connected to the machine
      5. Observe that example is stuck on QAudioSource::stop (main.cpp:38)

      Software:
      Qt 6.2.8
      MacOS 15.3

      Hardware:
      Any Mac device without built-in microphone, e.g. Mac mini
      Any external microphone
