QDesktopServices::openUrl() misses query part

      Using QDesktopService when url is opened from local file query part is missing.

      When following opens the ?rhmapno=506 is missing

      QDesktopServices::openUrl(QString("file:///C:/Users/me/foo.htm?rhmapno=506"));
